hello karl, i am new to this site and hope i am not stepping on any toes here but, fsb stands for full split bands, used to describe the reverse fasces of merc dimes. you know that funny lookin axe thing on the back. whizzed is a cleaned coin. prestige sets are special proof sets made from 1983 to 1997. i believe they contain an example of a commemorative coin with them? any coin mag or book should have an image of a 42/41 merc. it is an over date. i do not know off the top of my head what a pq is. sorry. hope this helps, michael
