I actually did read through pretty much that whole website but still can't find basic information like... Where is the submission form itself? Where do I send the coins to? How much does this service cost? I'm seemingly missing something obvious here... :headbang:
Yes you are. You cannot submit the coins yourself, you have to take or send them to a submission center. Go to the link I provided and click on Submission Center.
