I got the same notice at 8:00 a.m. and called the Mint almost immediately. Got nothing but a recording and put on hold every time I called. Checked the website and its still listed as "unavailable".

So....coins that are available for release aren't allowed to be released (1933 Saints)....and coins that are NOT available for release are allowed to be released (1919-S Reverse Enhanced). :D

    Got it ! o_O

I had the ASE-S in my Enrollments, but when I called, I was told that this coin wasn't allowed to be and Enrollment.

So now the Mint is saying there were approx. 100 of the 2019 Eagles to be made available from returns but before they could send out notices they all got sold. Hmmm, imagine that. Before anyone but the US Mint knew they were available they were all sold. Sure.......that could happen.....hmmmm.

Im going to guess they were delivery issues as you have to be completely insane to have returned this coin

Well, it just happened again. This time, it "will be available at 12 noon". So, for fun, I logged on and waited...refreshed my browser at exactly 12 noon ...and, by the time my screen updated (which took a minute), "unavailable", LOL

I don't even really want the stupid thing but the chase has taken on a life of its own :banghead:

I have officially wasted a lot of time and given a lot of effort to getting it, all with no results, so I am happy the stupid thing is finally sold out for good! At 11:59 I got the "oops...something went wrong" page, and it didn't refresh until 12:01. By then, they're obviously gone. I read that some Instagram group can flood servers with traffic in order to have first dibs at this type of stuff. Apparently they do it often for limited edition shoes. Maybe that happened here! I would like to know how some people get "in" and others get the same message I did, or they get the product in their bag, only for it to get taken back out. What determines it? Location? Internet speed? ISP?

It's only 8/12/2020 in the USA, where are you that it's already 8/13/2020?

The Mint's servers get overwhelmed when a zillion clients show up at the same time. Usually not a problem but sometimes it is :droid:.

More like when more than a couple hundred at a time lol. All jokes aside it really doesn't take a whole lot of traffic to really give them issues

People have to realize that putting it in your cart does not take it out of inventory, finishing checkout takes it out of inventory. So it can be in your cart, but they can all be sold and gone before you get through checkout. And if there are none available when you check out, you don't get it.
