I'd say around XF. There's a lot of surface marks indicating this coin has been either cleaned or harshly handled. I'd imagine this coin could very well end up in a body bag. But, I'd say it has XF details.
I also agree with the above post that the detail grade would be XF. However, it appears to have been cleaned or otherwise inappropriately handled. Thus, it would likely be bodybagged by NGC or PCGS.
