First is a 1958 on a silver dime planchet.
Second is a 1969-S on a clad dime planchet. (Are these proof dies?)
Third is a 1987-P on clad quarter stock (correct-sized planchet, but wrong metal).

Danomite What do you say uh-huh

The 1969-S is almost FS. It makes me think it may be proof dies. The only thing that makes me wonder if its not is 1969-S dimes were only struck as Proofs. Why does it not appear to be a proof planchette?

Please tell me that 69-S is a proof. That coin has full steps, and I don't think the 69-S exists with full steps.

That is so cool to look at.

Wow, those are some crazy-cool off-metal errors!

Seeing a nickel with the telltale clad-layer edge is really trippy.

I want a 1965 90% silver dime or quarter someday.

I'm hoping to get a 1965 silver dime some day soon

Won't likely be soon for me. What do those things go for, anyway?

Now here is the off-metal error I want!

... and will never own, unless I hit the lottery.

(Which would be especially hard, considering I don't even play the lottery.)

    Nice ones @JCro57 !

I have a Cent struck on a Dime planchet.
The color is off on this picture and looks like copper but it is not.
I will try to get the edge picture later on.
