Obverse: diademed head of Constantine I ("the Great") right.
Reverse: VOT / XX within wreath.

Struck at Siscia (now Sisak, Croatia). 18.8 mm, 2.46 g. Ex-Augustus Coins (@Valentinian on CoinTalk), 20 May 2020.

This is just another typical, common Late Roman coin from a very historically important ruler. It has a decent portrait.

Does having a crescent beneath make it look like a smiley face?

Yes, or perhaps like @Roman Collector's after too many Dos Equis. ;)
