Die crack or scratch?

    Coin came in a mint set. Could also be bag marks?

    Ouch. I'm afraid that looks like a scratch. Hope I'm wrong.

    +3 on a scratch. I have a few Canadian proofs with scratches and marks, like this one. Most of the marks are NOT on the holder

    Look at how the lines adjusts as it travels by the tip of the A.... that’s a scratch. Struck through would really be affected by the lettering.
