More Jefferson Nickels

Just picked up another batch of raw Jefferson Nickels for my album collection. Not as nice as the war nickels and a little more questionable toning, but I like em.

oooh I like that '54. really cool toning on the obverse...

 

I like the Reverse of the 54, but the obverse looks QT to me.

or is that normal toning?

 

I will say that it is market acceptable. Check out this NGC Jefferson (don't forget the price tag) that is BIN on E-Bay.

Yeah it does.
I don't think I've seen ring toning that was that centralized.

I still like the blue reverse with the ring around it

 

I have a few others that are similar.

 

Just as a thought, pick one (like the '54) and send it in to a major TPG.
That may help you determine what NT should or should not look like.
I don't know; I've never studied that aspect. I don't intentionally collect toned coins.

I like the 54 real nice rainbow effect natural. I think the first too are questionable like you said, the toning doesn't look right to me ,just an opinion
