Need some help

    Other than its silver i have no idea what this is. And i lnow cleaning a coin is a big no, any way to get the stuff off the back? Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks i am more of an U.S. coin collector, this was out of my information resource. I didnt even know where to start looking.
