Need Help Identifying this Token

Someone gave this to my neighbor's son for good luck at a local casino and he asked me if it has any value. I told him I'd ask the experts here on the forum for help.

It's about the size of a US Fifty Cent coin and I didn't have a scale handy to weight it.

So here it is and any info is appreciated.
