Does anyone know if 28- 2004 $20 consecutive uncirrculated bills are worth more than face value? :smile
I hope not...I just got several consecutive 2004 $20's from an ATM a week or two back, and spent them....
more than likely not unless you ended up with a radar or some other type of special note. of course if they were star notes that might be a little different. we get bricks of consecutive bills in all denominations in straps of 100's twice a week. so it isnt to rare. i have 16 $100 new york star notes at work. really nice embossing
There are rare blocks out there and some folks collect by district. However, most new $20's are worth, well, $20. It all depends on the demand. I live in the Twin Cities, district I9, and collectors from other parts of the country do pay more because the range of our FRB is small and rural, thus much lower production, so most folks don't ever see a Crisp new I9 note.
