Sniped. Perhaps it was for the best? Help me feel better!

I feel like I could justify it to the wife easier if I ended up with 16 coins for $115 rather than 1 coin for $115 haha.

Good to know that someone else was looking at it at least. Means I wasn’t looking at complete junk :)

Thinking about it, it would be hard NOT to make your money back reselling these coins. I mean, at like $7.18 each, you can easily get $15-20 on most of them. That silver Salonina might be worth even more.

But hindsight is always 2020, so I personally try not to dwell on it.

Although, in 2011, I am still kicking myself for losing out on the literal deal of a lifetime. A super-rare Buffet clear plastic clarinet sold for $202.50; I got sniped out of my $200 bid. Last time I saw a sale a similar model went for over $2,000. RIP

If you really want something bid the maximum you are willing to pay... that way if you get sniped there are no regrets.

...and still a chance you get a deal on the item..

    Hi,

It’s not an Arab Byzantine, just Sear-857 not Foss-142.
