I have a copy of the Guide book for Morgan dollars (Morgan Redbook) and I like it . It gives some history on the Morgan dollar and also looks at each coin by date and mintmark listing popular VAM,s, talks about possible strike and luster qualities, price guides and other assorted info.

 

Thanks. Sounds like exactly what I was looking for and the price was right. Looking forward to getting this book in the mail in a few days so I can search through my Morgans.
