Hello there every one, can someone please help me out here. I was CRH and came across this 1963. I noticed it was a little lite. So I put it on my scale, and it read 2.4 Grams. I put another 63 on the scale. I read 3.1 grams. What do you think is going on here??

Rolled thin planchet. The lighter one is not as thick as normal.

This one looks to have been acid treated and a lot of the copper was eaten away.

The eroded surfaces and reduced thickness rims indicate a soaking in a corrosive material.
