Love the Spanish Trail coin it’s one of the few I still need. Very nice grade as well.

Love the eagle. As a rule, IMO, the commemorative coin eagles are well designed.

Not the best picture, but here's my Iowa statehood centennial.
Totally agree that the eagle designs are generally great on the classic commems. Really like a lot of these for their artistic beauty. 20200801_165823.jpg 20200801_165835.jpg

Yes the art is awfully good on most of these designs. It’s the main reason I collect them. My fav design, at the moment, is the Connecticut coin. That Art Deco tree design is very nice!

Along with the best Eagles, they also have some of the coolest animals...

I don't own one (heck never realized how expensive these are till I just looked into it, it's practically the key in the set), but I always found the Hawaii commem quite beautiful. There's also something about the font used here which just cracks me up, it's almost like a 100 year old variant of comic sans.

@Skyman That New Rochelle is stunning. I have one but right now I am wishing mine was half as pretty as yours. What is your coin's grade?

    MS66.

The scratches you see are actually on the slab. I've owned the coin for about 15 years now, and given gradeflation it would not surprise me if it upgraded to a MS67.
