Fourth time is a charm? From My Father's Collection

    This 1931-S Cent the fourth and nicest one I've found.

    The white debris is superficial, it comes off, but I didn't want to rub or touch 1931-S#4CentRev.jpg the coin.

    Opinions?

    Nice '31 S! Possibly give it an acetone bath and see if some of the white stuff comes off.
