My Silver Proof Sets are Turning Yellow!

    Only my year 2000 silver proof set is toning yellow/gold color on the devices, not the fields. I'm thinking of buying a new set to replace it. All my other sets are fine & they are all stored together in the same big US Mint red box for 1999-2008. I wonder why just the one set toned like that?? :confused:

    soon all your sets will tone if you dont want them to tone get intercept shield box. replacing sets is also fun

    i wish someone will invent something to prevent our most beautiful sets or gold and silver coins from toning.

    Rent a safety deposit box
    We have brand new Regions bank built were my old Regions was. there new safe box come with air cleaner 10% humidity in the vaults now. so now I don't have to ck my raw set and the wife's stuff that we keep there. I have what they call 3x2 bow 36in X24in 6in deep $31.95 a year.
    I paid more than $31.95 my descant in not need there any more!

    They have , at least to not tone that you could tell in your lifetime ,called Intercept Shield , they have 2X2s , boxes for you slabs , boxes for your 2X2s , and even boxes for bulk stuff like Proof sets .
