Graded by NGC. It came from the so-called Binion hoard (In other words, skimmed from a casino).

The obverse looks AU but the reverse looks MS. I’m chalking up the obverse to a poorly lit photo, MS62

I'm guessing either MS-53 or MS-62. I really can't tell which, but the luster has me leaning towards MS-62.

I was going to say AU 55 but I changed my mind. I'm going to say MS-62. The reason why I changed is that sometimes Peace dollars didn't strike up all that well, especially on the hairlines over Liberty's ear and the lettering on the reverse.

Sixteen views. First, here’s what NGC said:

3D4152CD-3752-4D31-8D27-819278FF12E4.jpeg And your views make me believe what I’ve seen with other examples: Many of these Binion coins got a quick once over when graded. In hand, it’s not a bad coin, but calling it 65 is quite a stretch.
