According to the Mint's Web site this afternoon the 1/10 oz., 1 oz., and 4 pc. Buffalo proof sets are no longer available. Anyone hear why? I'm curious if they are sold out or are preparing to make a price adjustment. Thanks!
Sales were terrible until the mint said they would be making no more and then people realized it would be good to buy before they sell out. So it was a herd mentality on the buffaloes.
I knew the mint was going to stop making several of the Buffalos and Eagles, I just had no idea they'd run out so fast. I thought it would take several months. Wow.
I got a few of the Buffalo 1/10ths and 1/4(backordered) proofs from the mint... I have been looking around for more of the 1/10ths but the prices are getting crazy.
