Looks like Miss Liberty got the short end in a barroom brawl with all the hits to her face. The reverse isn't much better. Shame that such an otherwise seemingly beautiful coin has taken so much unintentional abuse. MS-60.
Kind of surprising to see a 78 CC in a GSA hard case, most of them, even the uncirculated ones, were put in the soft packs for some reason.
At the time, what was the value of the 78 CC? Before the hoard was released, it may have been one of the more common CCMorgans on the market. I'm leaning towards MS61.
