Here is a token I got from my grandfather...Sound like it is from Presidio in San Francisco but no idea what year (or era) ....no idea if it is rare or whether it is worth anything. Had a good look all over the internet and have seen a lot of tokens but nothing like this.

*** Its my first post and hoping I am doing this correctly ***

You did it correctly but you'd get a lot more responses if you started your own thread. Go to Forums and click on the correct one. Next click Post New Thread then do the same thing you did here. Also, its best to post full size photos and not thumbnails. Just crop out the background.

This thread is over 3 years old.

    Welcome to CT.

That would be wonderful if you were able find any more information about it. I don't have the Cunningham catalog (looks a beast of a big book) and I doubt if my local library has a copy.

I have looked everywhere I could think of and this was this was the closest I could find to a match but sadly no photo (see 5th coin down) https://tokencatalog.com/display_re...ingAnyWord=&HomePageSearch=&view=All+Listings

Many thanks in advance of any info or screenshots you would be able to provide.

I recently found a 2 1/2 cent post exchange token and am looking for some help identifying where it was from and the year. Would you mind taking a look at it to see if you recognize it?

Are there any experts out there that help me identify where this post exchange token was from and what year it may have been produced? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I absolutely love this one. I am a Disabled Service-Connected Veteran myself. I will post my newbie later today.

WOW!!! Those are so neat!!! I was actually stationed at Wheelus AFB Libya when Muammar Gaddafi took over the country and kicked us out. Helped close the base down! We worked some long hours getting everything ready to ship!! He only gave us so much time!!! I have a Military Payment Certificate from there somewhere!! Guess I'll need to look for it!
