Can't wait until January! Definitely gonna buy one. I always wanted an original, but could never afford it. Guess I'll have to settle with this.

I think new designs for our circulating coins would be great if they are creative, but I think the bullion products are a great way to use the old classic designs. That way we get the best of both worlds. Don't you think a SQL design or a Trade dollar or other class bust , ect...would be great on the ASE? I love the Walker design but 20+ years of it has run it's course on the 1 ounce silver. Time to switch it up.

20+ years is a good run for the current eagle program.

 

they might have to stop the spouses series. instead continue the buffalo series.

 

Yes - which is the purpose of the New American Design thread. There is so much more to be done.

Another interesting choice for next year. If only I wasn't trying to get the 1894 and 1893-S for my Morgan Dollar set!
