from @tenbobbit ... This AE18 coin has what appears to be four lines of Greek text on the reverse. I think the second line is ΠΟΛΙ, which is great but probably is only part of "polis," which doesn't really narrow things down too much in terms of city. I'm not confident with the rest of the letters, but the last letter of the third line might be Γ. Obverse has a rather young-looking portrait bust surrounded by unreadable Greek text. This level of text on the reverse of a coin reminds me of Class A Anonymous Byzantine follis coins, but the portrait is decidedly not-byzantine.
Something from the Levant... probably a wreath around that legend. The first two lines might be "NEO/ΠΟΛΙ/...". Neapolis issued some bronzes of that general type (bust right / multi-line legend within wreath) but I can't make out all of the reverse ethnic. The obverse looks like a young emperor/caesar. Perhaps Gordian III or Philip II? A brief look at ACsearch didn't turn up a likely match but I haven't put much time in it. Maybe someone else will, or maybe tomorrow I'll take another look.
Perhaps I was wrong about the wreath too. Here's a Diadumenian of Nikpolis that is similar. The reverse legend breaks are probably different. https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=6814293
