Hi all, was going through a roll today and came accross this, what do you think is it a small d over the B in LIBERTY?
Sherri, as you may already know from 1982 the Lincoln cent was made zinc plated with copper. What it looks like to me is the plating has split and corrosion has bubbled the plating.
