Was this shop just north of Denver about 50 miles or so? I was just traveling through about a year ago and stopped just because I can’t pass a coin shop. He asked my main interest then pulled out of his safe some of the nicest commemoratives I’ve seen in one place. He had a Lafayette dollar that I was tempted to trade some gold for. Glad I didn’t but I’ll be ready to drive back and do it when gold reaches 2500+. Did buy a raw Isabella and Cincinnati. He had some toned beauties.
What do all you commemorative lovers think of the prices? Seems to me they’ve finally found a bottom.

It feels to me like they're coming up lately, or at least holding steady.

The most artistic designs are the Pan Pacific, Oregon Trail, San Diego, Pilgrim, Lincoln, Hawaiian, Huguenot, Connecticut, California, Arkansas, Antietam and Gettysburg. I always love commems with original toning. I'll purchase a beautifully toned MS-63 before any blast white MS-66. Just my preference.
