ID Help - Grape cluster provincial Macrinus?

    This coin is a mystery. The obverse clearly features a heavily bearded figure, which brings to mind:
    Macrinus
    Septimius Severus

    There are letters "AVK" on the obverse.

    Reverse has three distinct grape clusters and appears to be Nikopolis, which fits with a Severan emperor. The bust doesn't seem to be "oriental" enough for 7Sev, but doesn't really look like Macrinus either.

    There are slight variations of the Reverse image, a little further research for Sep Sev should get you there ;)
