That's tough one because of the toning. I would say MS-61 unless there is a lot of luster, that the camera didn't catch, comming up the obverse.

(I ruled out 58 and high unc but otherwise am struggling with this one...could be low unc)

These are right up my alley as I'm 33 short of the series. MS63. Despite the tick above the head and though the "76".

 

I'm at 63, almost a 64. Does it have a green bean?

I think I will say MS62. That toning does make it hard. Just recently I saw one that I guessed was AU58 and it ended up being MS65!

 

I'm going with 63. I wish the photos were sharper. The mark through "76" is on the slab, I think. Its hard to tell how much luster remains through the toning or if there are luster rubs on the high points, so I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt on that.
