I noticed that there was a fairly lengthy thread posted back in 2018 regarding the coinage of Fausta, the second wife of Constantine The Great, but I thought I'd post this example, and if anyone would like to post any recent additions, please do.

    Roman Empire, 326-328 AD
    AE Follis, Thessalonica Mint
Obverse: Fausta, facing right, FLAV MAX FAVSTA AVG
Reverse: Fausta as Salus, holding two sons, Constantine II and Constantius II, SPES REIPVBLICAE, SMTSA below
    RIC 161 (Thessalonica)
    3.3 grams
    18 mm, 6 h

I'm also experimenting with a different image background color. Do you think this works well with this rather dark coin, or would a white background suffice?

    Thanks

    D-Camera Fausta, AE 18, Thessalonica Mint, 326-328 AD,, 7-21-20.jpg

I like the idea of a blue background, but I think your background is too bright and distracts from the coin. Here's what your photo would look like with the saturation reduced by about 60%:

    And here's my Fausta:

These are the Fausta coins I have photographed; they come in two reverses and various hairstyles.

    Thank you for the suggestion.

Backgrounds can be tricky and reducing the saturation in this case is a good idea.

    Sorry, missed your question.

    Ummm... no. Bleeech... no blue.

Might I suggest "BABY PUKE GREEN?"

Ultimately, I personally like BLACK or WHITE backgrounds.

Ditto. Anything too colorful in my opinion distracts from the coin itself.

    Here is my Fausta:
