I’m pretty sure that this is a mint error, but being new to error collecting can someone tell me what caused the error and what it would be called.
I didn’t think it was damage due to the fact the line in front of the face is a protruding line not an indention. Abe looks to be bubbled up. However I’ll take the advice of you all, the people with long time coin knowledge, thanks.

You should learn the intricate steps of the Minting process, then try to explain to yourself why you think you see mint errors in relation to the minting process.
PMD, post mint damage, meaning it was damaged after it left the mint, so no error at all, just a disfigured coin. Welcome to CT. I suggest you study the minting process and use references like error-ref.com before jumping to the conclusion it is a mint error. Good luck.
