    All the Greek lettering I am unable to make out, anyone else willing
    to give it a go, Please be my guest, maybe I can get a proper ID then...

    Kyme, Aeolis, AE17, ca 300-250 BC.
    forepart of horse facing right / One-handled cup, ??? monogram in left field.
    I know there should be a KY in the upper left field above the horse
    and some lettering below the horse??

    SNG Cop. 69 is a good match. The magistrate seems to be the same, i can make out the three last letters, TOS. The monogram is close enough, but not exactly the same.

    So now we know the value of a COA that can’t reference the coin type.

    Looks like a water or wine pitcher! Cups are shorter and wider, usually.

    Yes, the COA is funny. But I have never heard of "GOLDEN" Patina before:wacky:. Per the ebay sale...

    This one looks close
    your magistrate and monogram may be different - no perfect match in the 7 in ACSearch
    Aeolis, Kyme, Æ16, circa 320-250 BC
    Obv: Eubios, magistrate, forepart of a horse right; KY above, EYBIOS below
    Rev: Oinochoe; EYB monogram to left

    6 more if you spell Oenochoe: still no better match on the monogram.

    Greek style water and/or wine pitcher. Cups are a lot shorter.

    literally
    oînos = "wine" (oenos-)
    khéō = "I pour" (-choe)

    To be fair, I don't think the OP has ever hidden the fact that he puts all the coins he asks about up for sale on Ebay. I even bought one from him -- an extremely nice Constantinopolis commemorative he had asked about, which I purchased at a quite reasonable price. And yes, it came with a very attractive personalized COA!
