    I have not read them, or known of them, but they sound like books I would really like. Thanks for mentioning it!

    It looks like there are 3 Volumes.

    Renaissance of American Coinage 1905-1908
    Renaissance of American Coinage 1909-1915
    Renaissance of American Coinage 1916-1921

    Which one did you read?

    I read 1905-1908, and I am working on 1909-1915. They really account for the development and story of the new coinage from that 15 year span, which saw changes to most of the coinage. It also talks about the 1915 Exposition coin and others. Great reads, but a little pricy (around $65 each) from tha ANA.
