1988-D Lincoln Penny Doubled Die???

    Is this considered the same? Zinc rot? Just found the coin a few weeks back and looking for clarification. Sorry, newbie here.

    Exception to the rule: 1960 D Lincoln cent ( DDO but because ( as seen ) it is small date hubbed in double squeeze years over a large date and a D/D mint mark . The red indicates the small zero, the blue the large.
    The green indicates wide separation of the D
