$5-10 bucks (ebay) I think. But if you list them on Craigslist or post about them around your town you can easily sell them for $40 :D

Now the one posted above is a blurry far away shot so I would never make any judgements on its autheticity. But if you bought a coin like above for a few dollars...then you either got the deal of the century, or you bought a fake. :)

As I've seen many genuine coins with similar patina, I feel safe to say that the OP's coin is genuine. In another thread, I already ID'ed it and estimated its value at $30-50.

If you can get ancients like that for $5-10, please let me know where!

Also, post some of the ones you've gotten for that price, we'd love to see.

Again, blurry and hard to see but I would say you would be paying 50+ for a coin like that as it seems to be in pretty good condition with a pretty nice portrait. But like said above...if you can get a coin like that for a few bucks...PLEASE link me because I'm gonna buy em out.

I'll try to post pictures when I get off work. I just tried taking a pic with my G1 and comes out to blurry. If you search ancient coins on Ebay you'll find tons. Most aren't as shiny as the coin above. I purchased mine from sellers with 10,000+ feedback.
