No just a bit of grease or debris on the Die. It could also have been polished out in order to prolong the life of the Die. Very common.
Two year old thread and most of the newbies haven't been seen since and the two that just posted, it is a grease filled die that may have produced thousands of coins just like it before it was cleaned or fell out, so NAV, no added value. It's worth a quarter.
Isn't it swell how novices try to sound like they have any idea about how coins are "printed"! Lol!!!
Print rhymes with Mint, seems to be close enough for a lot of people. Anyway, getting back to my Minted banknotes now

I have one myself and I was told it's just a worn coin and spend it but like you I thought it to be cool so I kept it along with some machine doubling coins
