Error nickle?

    It was sanded or ground down after it left the mint. This could not occur during the minting process. Sorry but it's not an error.

    Yes post mint damage. This is one I would throw in my little box of fun PMD. Believe it or not I do keep some of the particularly interesting or unusual ones.
