Now that's funny. I think it's great that your son can help you in collecting. Good luck on finding something good (coin wise. Don't eat them. LOL)

ENTRY POST. This is where currently,my "coin" is going. It's a 1952 Chevrolet Fleetline that I've owned since '74. It was my daily driver for several years until I had to park it. It then sat for over twenty years. It was a haven for cats and rats until I had it repainted, reupholstered and moved into my new garage but it still needs so much more. And that's where my coin are going. 1952 Fleetline-blocked.jpg

Not technically coin-related, but beautiful. (I'll let you slide on the technicality.)

This used to be in a yellow ANACS holder, xf45 Details, scratched/cleaned.

Neat Newfie token. Never seen that type.
That's a perfect 7070 coin. I don't even see the scratch. Populating the album with ANACS minor-problem slab crackouts seems a good money-saving strategy, as long as the eye appeal is there, which it certainly is in that case.

I'd definitely have that coin in my 7070, if I still had such an album. (I did it at least three times).

Thanks, I thought so too! Problem free Seated Dimes are few and far between imo, unless we are talking MS examples. But MS examples are certain to be outside of my price range, and slabbed. I wouldn’t crack out an expensive MS Seated Dime for an album, that wouldn’t make too much sense to me. This coin was less than $30, and is a fine example of the Type.

All I can think is surely I can't be drawn twice in a row. But I will take this opportunity to say Thank You for the two coins I received just today from the last drawing. I guess I'll have to learn something about them now.

The coin I am selecting is a 2004 American Silver Eagle. The reason I picked this coin is because it is the first coin that I got from my grandfathers collection passed down to me. It has some great toning as well!
