1969 D Kennedy, DDR? Thoughts

    Using the star notching pattern for the stars between the rays in your photo, the only thing that matches in the CONECA listings is the doubling, on the south-west point of the stars you show, that would be the 69D DDR-014, see attached photo. You could verify this if you look at your half and it has any of these markers. There is a light die clash in front of the eye on the obverse, it looks like it may show on your obverse photo. There is also a vertical die scratch between D of GOD and the bust, and doubling on the designer’s initials on the reverse, for the DDR-014, see attached photos.
