    Missing Clad layer usually only occurs just on one side of a Clad Coin.
    Your Kennedy is Environmental Damage.

    Clad is Cupro-Nickel.. 75% Copper and 25% Nickel. Copper tones when exposed to harsh chemicals and/or the natural environment.
