Picked this up at auction last week - can't wait for it to arrive! Rather common date, but couldn't pass up the perfect, bright red color.
65 RD for sure. I have a '44 that's close to yours, this is my birth year. As I recollect I paid very attractive price for it.
Well, everybody has correctly guessed this is MS and RD. I'll leave this one up a bit longer.. I went to do a bit of digging into whether or not this coin could've potentially been made from shell casings as is noted in the Red Book. MS66. I got good eyesight, I can see the cuts. This is a high gem with a few cuts in the wrong places.
