    Constantius Gallus(?) FTR reverse.

    Who else with FTR was NOBC?

    It looks quite similar to this one that I just got this week. Mintmark looks different though, I'm not too sure what it reads.

    Julian II but the OP coin is clearly Gallus. The IVN at right is only Gallus.
