You all know I like my unusual guess the grades, so here is another. Please guess the grade and let's see if someone knows what this is.
Is this a restrike of a Czar Nicholas II coin? It looks kind of new to be from 1902. If it is, I'd guess SP 67
I would guess MS68. And it is 1991 cupro-nickel restrike (there is P on the reverse after date) of Russian 1902 37,5 roubles (100 franks) coin.
Yes it is the 1991 restrike of a rare coin. https://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide...0-kopeks-y-b65-1902-cuid-1087637-duid-1525513
Here is some more info from when a proof example of the real coin sold at Stacks: https://auctions.stacksbowers.com/l...le-100-franc-1902-pcgs-proof-62-secure-holder "With a reported mintage of 225, the Russian 37 Rubles 50 Kopeks gold coin has long been a source of fascination for all collectors of Russian numismatics [...more in link above]"
The answer is MS 68 so congrats @muhfff It also has a gold Wings sticker (so they thought it was at least a point low)
