It appears to have A slight MAD ( misaligned die). Jmo

 

Are the blue marks supposed to be showing something? It helps if you describe what you want us to look at.

Hi Marites - looks like a normal business strike. I agree with our fellow coin enthusiasts: fingerprint on the reverse, slight MAD on the obverse. No premium for these, but keep checking your change. Something is coming your way. Good luck on the hunt!!

Hi sir I was looking this normal image. Mine has cover on the nose like mask . Also next to the flag and top of Liberty the blue marks is the one I didn’t see this image ...

 

When things are already as small as his face, it doesn't take much damage to make us see things.
