I am at 64. Using SLEC which was recently brought up in another thread figure I would try it here.

    Strike - 64 x 0.2 = 12.8
    Luster - 65 x 0.2 = 13
    Eye Appeal - 65 x 0.2 = 13
    Contact Marks - 64 x 0.4 = 25.6

    Overall - 64.4

I am at 63, could be better just having a hard time reading the luster.

Just for reference here's another they are selling. A 68 should show luster but this too looks flat.

    I think it’s 64 and a pretty nice coin

Still at 64, high in grade. Nice rim toning.

Well, we have our answer from the slab photo. The luster in not great. Strike is fine, surfaces clean, but it is luster deprived.

    I’m also at MS64.

1 and 1 is 2. 2 and 2 are 4. And 5 will get you 10 if you know how to work it.

They are coin scans from the seller. That could be why they look flat, right?

Possibly, but given the other things on the coin are fine, it is most likely luster. Especially since the strike is medium to good for that date, I suspect luster. Probably overdipped and retoning.
