Exactly! The old $1 bills from the 1950s and 1960s that a late relative of mine put away (none in mint condition, unfortunately) would have bought a lot more back then than now. Holding on to the wrong kind of paper money can really cost you. That stuff has an immense depreciation rate.
Only worth a premium if you invested it into something that pays a dividend or an item you can flip for a profit.
