IMG_20200623_185625.jpg IMG_20200623_185808.jpg Hello, I recently got a coin lot I bought from Italy and I am struggling to identify this one coin from it... closest i got was: http://numismatics.org/ocre/id/ric.3.m_aur.1448
What I can see on the coin:
obverse: L VERUS AVG AR? right laureate bust.
Reverse: IMP III(or VI) with a figure (probably victory) facing left. Here is what puzzles me: the object which is on her left is supposed to be higher and at the bottom you can see three sticks to which i can't find any example...:

    Any help would be appreciated!
    Thanks,

Likely an as of Lucius Verus. RIC 1448, BMCRE 1307. What's its weight and diameter?

It's 10.8 grams and 2.5 cm which is an AS from what I understand, and the problem with the coin you showed me is that in his left side it is "L Verus Avg"
And on mine: it's "L VERUS AVG AR"...

That's just where that particular engraver broke the legend on that particular die. It does not affect the RIC number or value during the Antonine period.

For example, coins of Faustina I may have the obverse legend DIVAFAV-STINA or DIVA-FAVSTINA. That doesn't affect which RIC number they are assigned.
