ID for Kiang Nan . Doesn't seem to match any photo in my books

    The symbol beside the 4 in the 2 o'clock position is causing me a problem. Is it a 3, 90 degrees out of position? Is this a read coin or a reproduction?

    三 = 3
    川 = River
    In this case, 四川 = Sichuan Province
    Not that that speaks to the authenticity of the coin.
