    Alright alright, it is MS62 but in an old PCGS holder. Would it be worth resending for regrade?

    No, it would probably only go up one grade. I would not send it in.

    Maybe they netted it from 63 to 62 because of all that environmental damage on the reverse.

    I do not think that it is worth it financially to go from a 62 to 63 (or even 63+) given the prices for this common date. I would not think that it would look any better in a modern holder.
