I admit, this is where my weakness is as a collector. Toning always throws off my eye and I tend to focus more on color than the strike or luster details (hence why I usually avoid toned coins in my collection.) Given the couple of hit marks that popped out at me I'm going to be conservative and say 63.
It is difficult for my eyes to evaluate what’s going on above IN and between IN and GOD on obverse; also, above ONE on the reverse. The toning is making it difficult to detect surface chatter in viewing the photo. Based on this photo, my guess is MS 63, with a likely TPG of 64. Obviously in hand grading would be much easier.
I am assured by DLRC that the surfaces are clean, and the toning is nice. Paid 63 money, so am happy.
DLRC needs to fire their in-house photographer. No way they should be able to make an MS65 Peace Dollar look that bad.
