That's very corroded, but I can very slightly see the D/D.

 

Here is a better pic of the inside of the mint mark.

 

Rub the area with a Q-tip or a cotton swab. Then take a picture. It shouldn't take any value away because the coin is already worn.

I don’t think so. Mint mark orientation is wrong.
