Spend it, save it, or sell it.

Looks like PMD (Post Mint Damage) to me. I would spend it.

If you like it, keep it. It's just a cent.

Looks like a big die chip to me. Try listing it on the error page. You may get a little more feedback. Looks raised to me.

Welcome to CT @ohsonice. It is difficult to tell from your photos, but is the area raised, or incused? If incused, it is just PMD, or post mint damage, meaning it occurred after leaving the mint, therefore NAV, no added value, and a spender. It appears incused to me, so I believe it is just PMD.

Hi mountain man, yes it is raised. If you look at the E. It looks like it’s over it. Don’t sure if something is embedded in the coin. Thanks

If raised, I believe it's a plating bubble.

...appears raised...could also be a struck through debris...not a big deal but interesting...if you like it then put it in a flip and show it to your friends...I also like @enamel7 your idea on a plating bubble. I’ve seen some really strange ones...Spark
